1. Professional in Human Resources (PHR):

2. Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR):
- Target Audience: HR professionals with a focus on strategy and policy development.
- Focus: Demonstrates the ability to formulate HR strategy and policies to contribute to organizational success.
- Exam Content: Emphasizes strategic planning, organizational development, and policy formulation, among other senior-level HR competencies.

3. Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR):
- Target Audience: HR professionals with a global focus, involved in international HR operations.
- Focus: Validates knowledge and skills in managing HR across borders.
- Exam Content: Covers international HR strategic planning, global talent acquisition and mobility, global compensation and benefits, and legal and ethical considerations in global HR.

4. Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR):
- Target Audience: Entry-level professionals or those transitioning into HR roles.
- Focus: Demonstrates foundational knowledge in HR principles and practices.
- Exam Content: Includes areas such as HR operations, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, human resource development, and employee relations.

5. Associate Professional in Human Resources - International (aPHRi):
- Target Audience: Entry-level professionals or those transitioning into international HR roles.
- Focus: Validates foundational knowledge in global HR principles and practices.
- Exam Content: Covers areas such as global HR operations, international staffing, global compensation and benefits, and legal and ethical considerations in international HR.

6. Professional in Human Resources - California (PHRca):
- Target Audience: HR professionals specializing in HR practices specific to California employment laws.
- Focus: Validates knowledge of California-specific HR laws and practices.
- Exam Content: Includes topics such as California employment laws, wage and hour regulations, benefits and leaves specific to California, and occupational safety.

Recertification:
