Techniques like blockign and parrying help protect against incoming strikes, while proper footwork and movement allow to creat distance and avoid danger. Grappling and joint control can also be used along side pressure points to better control a subject witout relying only on strength. Situational awareness is just as important. Being aware of your surroundings, possible weapons and other people nearby helps you make better decisions. Recognizing early warning signs, such as aggressive body language or tone, can allow you to act before thinng escalate. Verbal communicatiom and de-escalation should always be used when possible to avoid physical confrontation. Staying calm and mentally focused is key, as it helps you react properly under pressure. Combining these tactics makes pressue point tenchiques safer, more effective, and more controlled in real situations.”
