Exploring Sexual Identity: Navigating Gender and Sexual Orientation
This course is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their gender and sexual identity. Through interactive discussions, self-reflection exercises, and guest speakers, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of sexuality and gender, and develop strategies for navigating their personal journeys.

- Exploring ways to advocate for and support LGBTQ+ individuals in your personal and professional life
Course Format
The course will be held over 8 weeks, with one 2-hour session per week. Each session will consist of a mix of lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with guest speakers and share their personal experiences in a supportive and confidential environment. The course will also include a private online forum for participants to continue the conversation between sessions.
Course Requirements
There are no prerequisites for this course, and no exams or assignments. However, participants are expected to attend all sessions and actively engage in the discussions and exercises. A willingness to listen to and respect the experiences of others is also essential.
